In-House, On-Site or Remote Service
At Quality Computer Services, we offer both in-house shop service and on-site service options for all your technology needs including computers, printers, copiers and more. We can also remotely access and manage your computer or network. Your time and money are valuable, choose the service option that works best for your schedule.
In-House Shop Service
Drop-offs can be made at our in-house service center anytime during business hours. A technician will evaluate your equipment, and within one business day, call with an analysis or your problem and a recommendation for a solution. No appointment is necessary to drop off equipment. You may also call for a service appointment to schedule a tech to be available to discuss your problem when you arrive.
On-Site Service
On-site service and repair is always available within the Greater Milwaukee area. Our on-site service is fast and affordable. Our technician will arrive at the scheduled time and quickly resolve your problem. We can setup and install new equipment and software or schedule ongoing maintenance of your printers.
We can schedule appointments for on-site service at your home or business for the time most convinient for you.
